Monday thru Thursday 4:30  - 7:30pm

Kids 9 to 12 

Monday thru Thursday   4:30 - 5:15 pm

Teens 13 - 17 yo

Monday thru Thursday   5:30 - 6:15 pm

Adults 18 +

Monday thru Thursday   6:30 - 7:15 pm 

We offer TWO training options:
One for ranking to get your Black Belt and above and Instructorships.

Second option is for older people with limitations that just want to get in shape, learn self-defense, or just increase their knowledge.
(This option can be changed at any time with a review.)

We also offer Private Lessons for 1 to 4 Adults that are price fixed!
